Description
Giant King Puerh is a unique, ripe (Shu) puerh tea made entirely from young buds of silver-white needles. These buds have been fermented in a bamboo basket for 30 days before aging and fully oxidizing for 6 months to develop and draw out its woodsy, smooth taste. Grown at Mount Bitter Bamboo in Puerh, Yunnan, at an altitude of 1800m, this is an ideal tea-growing region famous for its long tea history. Once steeped, Giant King Puerh has a clear reddish brown liquor and a woodsy, damp forest bed aroma. Its flavour is smooth and very earthy, with woodsy notes and mushroom broth flavours. This strikingly clear tea soup is ultra smooth and has no bitterness. Enjoy it for multiple steeps.
