I'm trying to find a replacement for my fav matcha from other brands.
This one tastes good but is hard to dissolve, I have to strain it.
overall, will not repurchase.

Actually great for the price, purchasing locally I've been using Nature's Way matcha for my smoothies but it's half the matcha this is in color and taste and this is cheaper as well (50g $12 NZD on sale vs 200g for $34) I think it would be hard to beat this. Taste is okay, has nothing on the Samurai Ceremonial but at least it isn't so bitter my face screws up, perfect for culinary uses as advertised.. Impressed!
You really do get what you pay for, it has more of a powdery aftertaste and the flavour isn’t as well rounded as a higher quality uji matcha but in terms of budget matcha, this is a fantastic option. I like to have my matcha iced with a touch of honey and honestly unless you’re drinking it ceremonial style, I highly recommend this for those on a budget.
this matcha is AMAZING for the price. When I read reviews on it, I figured it would be pretty good, but the green is even more beautifully vibrant than I expected. I use this matcha in lattes, and it tastes incredible - about the same flavour and quality as David’s Tea’s Matcha Matsu but at half the price for the same amount. It is a bit clumpy, but if you sift it before mixing you should have no trouble. This stuff is amazing for my college budget and tastes better than anything else I’ve ever seen for this price. I’ll definitely be buying again

I'm giving this a 5/5 because for the price, this is really good. It's a godsend for students like me. It lumps up a bit, and it is a bit more coarse and bitter than the more expensive ones here, but this is a really good deal! If you're looking for inexpensive match with a good quality, look no further!
This matcha is great, hot or cold. It requires a bit of whisking and stirring to get it fully blended, but cannot be beat for the price. Will definitely buy again!

I wasn't expecting ceremonial grade matcha until the order arrived, no joke.This is really great quality matcha for a good price compared to several other brands I've tried. The color is vibrant green and certainly has the right aroma of ground green leaves. The powder is very fine and fresh when you rub it between your fingers. It is quite bitter if you taste the powder alone as with any green tea. There is quite of bit of clumping, so I try not to add too much matcha at once and mix it well with some hot water for my morning lattes.
They also gave me mini Tealyra bags, which makes it convenient for me to take to work!
I buy this matcha and use it daily in my shakes or smoothies. This is an inexpensive but good quality matcha tea. It has the same colour and taste as David's tea Matcha Matsu which costs $10/100g more. I always find a coupon online which helps with price and even with shipping I am saving a few dollars and it shows up in my mail slot. Convenient! I think this matcha is the best bang for your buck

This is an amazing deal for amazing flavor. I just got my first order and hopped right back to order more, and some for a friend. I doubted that it could taste THAT good for the price. So many mistake culinary matcha for drinking matcha then complain. But this is gorgeous green, loaded with flavor. I heat about an ounce of cashew milk (I make my own) for a very decadent morning cuppa.

I use a spoonful with organic half & half and I found this was pretty good. I just ordered others to try. Originally, I bought this through Amazon. I've tried others and this tasted the same as some of the more expensive matcha online. Thank you, guys! I am now a regular customer to your site. Thanks also for being organic. I won't pay for pesticides or GMO.
I make my own green tea lattes daily, with goats milk or full milk, and this is the best for everyday use.
Just received my order, the Everyday Uji Matcha is better than I expected. My wife is a Starbucks iced soy green tea latte fanatic and she loved the one I made using this matcha.
Not to bad..for the price I think next time I will try the next step up or so just cause I love the way matcha makes me feel, so it might as well be tastier. But you can't go wrong with this one if price is the limiter.

This is adequate for tea, and better for recipes or smoothies, but I can taste the bitterness. Better quality matcha tastes better than this. Still, for rhe price it's a good deal, and much better than most matcha you'll find at any upscale store.
